With today’s snow we would like to remind you that getting up and down the hill at the entrance of camp with the new blacktop maybe more difficult due to Black Ice. Please use caution so you are not stuck!!

We finished paving the entrance on Monday. Thank you to Keith Holsapple and his team for doing a great job. If you don’t have to go to camp for a few days please don’t. It won’t hurt to drive on it but the longer it gets to set up the longer it will last. In the past someone has plowed the hill so others can get in and out. Whom ever that is please DO NOT! Plowing no matter how careful reduces the life of the pavement. Thank you!!

Warning to all you Central Hudson customers. There is an ongoing scam. You get a call telling you they are on the way to shut you down unless you pay the outstanding balance. Don’t fall for it Central Hudson will send you a letter before shutting you off!! We got the call today!

It has been a wild and crazy season. This is a reminder. The electricity goes off at 12 noon Monday October 12th. Please be sure your slides are in and your winterizing complete before then.
