Getting the calendar together for next season... hoping everything keeps running and we will be showing first weekend Dec and having pony walks with Santa the next weekend if that works for everyone! Our Xmas party is fri the 18th at the dolomite lodge. Sign up going up this weekend at the barn! Always a good time! Also thinking about doing another game day or 2 this winter or a couple fun shows... let me know what everyone wants to do! Great group of students and awesome parents! Looking to have some fun this winter and all be ready in the spring for the shows!

Well after a successful Halloween show and then Games last Sunday we are gearing up for the Lehmans next weekend. Everyone is excited to get back out and with a few new horse/rider combinations coming up it will be a fun season!

As of yesterday we are closed except for essential farm workers. This is following NYS mandates and the executive order. Horses will still be taken care of as normal and some will enjoy a little vacation. Please stay safe and healthy everyone! We look forward to seeing everyone when the restrictions are lifted! Please keep in touch and we will start posting pics to people. Thinking of everyone in this crazy time....

It’s official! All area school districts are closing! Wondering what to do with your child while you are at work? Whispering Pines will be offering Horseback Riding Day Camp weekly 9am-3pm from March 23- April 10th. I can do individual days next week if needed. Please contact Chris at 585-314-8601 by text or call for details. We will be practicing all health safety precautions, protocols, and ask that anyone feeling under the weather, or have ill family members ...please not attend. All common areas will be disinfected regularly and there is plenty of hand soap and antibacterial gel available for your child’s use. The kids will be asked to wash hands several times during the day. This camp will be limited to make sure there will be no more than 20 people at the stables at one time. The fresh air, horses, and stables are a great way to spend the day while the community is dealing with this crisis. We hope that by offering an alternative to day care, this will help our kids in our community get through this time away from school! We can all get through this, if we work together! Great weekend...congrats to Casey and Dreamscape on their reserve in the adults and 2nd in the classic at the Chagrin Valley Farm show. Rosie won a jumper class she did and ended up ok in the jrs including 3rd in the jr/Ao classic. Great job girls...and thank you to our hero Jared LaBarge for rescuing us on the road on the way home and do a 10min fix to replace the idle pulley! Gotta love my husband! Always an adventure when u horse show!

Awesome job at Lehmans this weekend! Casey won her medal and both over fences the second day in the adult to end up with Reserve in the Adult Amateur, Rosie ended up with Reserve in the 3'6 jrs and Betsey got Reserve in the Low and Slow Division with Athena! Congratulations to everyone!!

Great show year!! Pha year end awards included Rosemary LaBarge getting Champion in the large Juniors with Dreamscape, Casey Mazzola won a 4th in the Adult Amateur and 3rd in the Adult Medal on Dreamscape, Melissa Xia was Champion for the Adult Amateur and Medal on Mosaic, Emily Lowenguth was Reserve in the Pre Children Hunters with Blue Suede Shoes and Lindsay Holmes came in 3rd in the .95 and lower jumpers aboard The Doctor is In... Looking forward to a great season ahead!
