We are proud to announce the opening of our latest neighborhood, "The Lodges at the Whiteface Club & Resort". We have started selling and building residences in this new townhouse development which is located near our Tennis Center. We have two different versions to choose from with the flexibility for owners to customize the interior floor plans. We start with a 3 bedroom/2 bath, two level with an open floor plan, deck, fireplace, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance...s, tiled double shower in the master suite and more at $599,999. Our Beechwood model is three levels and is complete with 4 bedrooms/4.5 baths, fireplace, hardwood floors, wrap around deck, garage starting at $799.999. There are numerous options including radiant in-floor heat, enamel Vermont Casting gas stove in Great Room, hard lined BBQ outlet, custom gardens as well as custom layout. Every home is built with the same level of structural integrity as our well known luxury single family homes. All homes feature residential fire suppressant systems (sprinklers) and meet all energy saving criteria. High efficiency windows and insulation is included with every home. Each home comes complete with our New Home Warranty. All homes become a part of the Whiteface Club & Resort Community and through the standard Affiliation Agreement receive full maintenance services, Lake Access, membership to the Club and unlimited use of our recreational venues including golf, tennis, cross country skiing as well as our beach. We provide 24/7 emergency response and during cold weather, if nobody is in the residence, cold weather checks. Ultimately there will be 22 residences in this neighborhood. We anticipate all residences will be sold in the next 12-24 months. We will not undertake heavy duty construction and foundation installation during the months of July and August to minimize any adverse impact during our "High Season". This is a great opportunity to own a vacation home at the Adirondack's only Resort Community at a price below existing smaller residences and built with all the modern features and quality one would expect.
