This is the easiest 3 #ingredients #chocolatemousse recipe that’s #healthy too! 6oz dark chocolate (70%cacao) finely chopped 1/2 skim milk plus 1 cup Greek Yogurt - I just started using Light &Fit vanilla, it’s great in this recipe. Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Heat milk in a saucepan or microwave. Pour heated milk over the chocolate and let it sit 2 minutes. Stir until you have a smooth #ganache. In another bowl beat yogurt with a whisk until smooth. Fold the yogurt into the chocolate and mix until thoroughly combined. Chill at least one hour and enjoy this #guiltless pleasure.
