The Leasing Consultant assists the Community Manager in leasing and selling the products and services of the pr...operty by combining customer service, marketing, sales, and building excellent professional relationships with guests and residents with a focus on retention. Duties include but are not limited to: selling property’s products and services to prospects; convert phone calls to tours and property tours to leases; prepare lease-related paperwork and ensure it is complete according to property policies and procedures; develop and maintain effective customer service skills; quickly complete maintenance service requests and informs the maintenance team; stay fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property; be vigilant of property condition in consideration of issues affecting curb appeal and safety. Full-time Grounds Maintenance/Housekeeping Technician position available! We are looking for a hardworking, driven, reliable individual. Duties to include (but are not limited to): general cleaning of vacant apartments including kitchens, appliances and bathrooms, maintain leasing office, models, clubhouses and public/common interior areas of the property in a neat, clean and attractive condition (dusting, wiping down walls, woodwork, baseboards and window sills, polish furni...ture and fixtures, cleaning counter tops, vacuuming, mopping tiled areas); routine removal of trash, litter, leaves and other debris throughout property grounds; general landscaping duties; general cleaning of windows and/or common area furniture, being vigilant of property condition in consideration of issues affecting curb appeal and safety; and snow and ice removal based on seasonal conditions.
