Negative COVID Testing required Before Boarding Flights to U.S. Effective Jan. 26, 2021: The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is now requiring a negative COVID-19 test to all air passengers before they will be permitted to board a flight to the United States. All air passengers will be required to obtain a viral test within the 72 hours before their flight to the United States departs. Written proof/documentation of their laboratory test will be required. Airlines will now be required to enforce this new protocol before allowing passengers to board a flight. Rodriguez was shot while at work at the local kosher grocery market. The attack also left the owner of the grocery store and a Rabbinica...l student dead as well as a Jersey City Police Detective and the perpetrators of this heinous crime.
