Baby LaCroce is here! Lincoln Gatsby LaCroce was born last night at 5:59 p.m. weighing 8 lbs. and 20.5 inches long. Mama was in labor for 12 hours! Both baby and mom are doing good! Don't worry! Mike says photos are coming soon! ... Congratulations Mike, Hunter and Carson! We can't wait to meet him!

We know you are patiently waiting to hear of the news on baby! No baby yet... We thank you so much for your understanding and patience! Although, this waiting game is not fun we have been quite productive! Last week all hands were on deck as we pulled the kitchen apart and cleaned walls, corners, ceilings, floors, all the equipment, dishes, EVERYTHING! The rest of the week was spent on the front of the house, cleaning EVERY surface that we could reach and think of. As much ...of an inconivence closing has been we are using this time to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team by really taking this time to clean. Once we have more news on baby, we will let you know a tentative date. Hopefully by the end of this week. Again thank you so much for all your support and love! We miss you and can't wait to see you!

We are OPEN TODAY! 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Baby LaCroce's due date is getting closer! Please be prepared that the restaurant may close down at anytime. Hours will be adjusted for a couple weeks so Mike can help at home with the new baby. We are doing everything we can to ensure that when the time comes and Mike has to slip out of the kitchen, we are prepared. As many parents know, that time can be anytime and we can't be certain when baby will decide ...to make his arrival. At this point it looks like we will shut down for at least one week and have shortened hours for the second week before going back to regular hours but this all depends on the day baby LaCroce arrives. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Mike! Although we don’t see a lot of him up front, he’s the machine behind the restaurant. Working long hours in the kitchen, completing paperwork and running a few other businesses on the side. He not only makes incredible dishes but he makes them fast and efficiently.
