As our beautiful Ash trees have faded away from disease, we are reviewing other hardwoods to use that are also sourced from environmentally conscious tree farms and locations that do not harm the landscape they are culled from. Sometimes these decisions cost more; would you agree that’s a good trade off? We do.

Final touches to the fireplace installation at 208 Bruceville Road; side cabinetry looking really great, via our amazing building team: Kevin, Kenny and Taylor! This is a ventless, propane fireplace, which can output up to 30,000 BTUs! Remote controlled, and can be controlled via smartphone as well, so on those colder nights, you can get the house all warm and cozy while in transit!

Kevin Evans is an owner, primary contractor and fine home builder. He's a veteran local stone mason and carpenter. Building new homes is both his passion and art. His finely finished details in our model home show how his background in masonry continues to shape his attention to details.
