Congratulations to Senior Counsel Robert Lefland who just successfully resolved a matter for his clients, who faced litigation from a property they had not owne...d in years and for which no insurance coverage was available. The plaintiff asserted that she had consumed lead paint at the premises and was seeking money damages. After much negotiation with Plaintiff’s attorney regarding our client’s inability to pay, including proof of the clients’ assets and lack of insurance coverage, the Plaintiff dropped the suit against our clients.
