Are you looking for a fun activity this extended weekend? Join us for a guided hike to explore the Saratoga Sandplains ecosystem during the wintertime. While we may see winter as a barren season, our trails are teeming with life! Look at animal tracks and other signs of animal presence on the trail, and learn how these animals survive the harsh winters in New York!

Look at nature with a whole new perspective, under the moonlight! We now offer Moonlight Snowshoe Hikes for those who are looking for gentle exercise. Don't have snowshoes? No problem! We rent out all sizes to those who need them. Call the office or email [email protected] to register!

Don't hibernate all winter long! Join us on weekends to explore the Preserve in all of its winter glory. We will be providing cross-country ski and snowshoe rentals on Saturdays and Sundays from 11AM-3PM starting this weekend. All of our equipment will be properly sanitized and ready to use. Take this opportunity to have some fun (safely) in the great outdoors!
