We use the USPS which has been overwhelmed by the amount of packages coming through. More people are ordering online and/or sending gifts instead of delivering them in person. We apologize for any delays you may have experienced. According to our shipping service packages mailed out between 12/7 and 12/18 are taking 51.28% longer to get to their destinations.
