Over the Summer, Assistant Chief Patti was busy building a new multi-purpose training prop to assist our members with honing their skills. Some of the skills practiced so far have been: hose line advancement down a hallway, water mapping, as well as left-handed searches.
Today a small number of members and their families gathered together in remembrance to those lost on September 11, 2001 by walking 13 laps (equivalent of a 5K). Normally as a department we would participate in the annual Tunnels to Towers Buffalo 5K. However, due to Covid-19, this year’s event has been cancelled.
