It is expected that pharmacy locations and physician practices in Wyoming County will receive vaccine directly from New York State in the coming days and weeks to vaccinate those that are eligible. New York State estimates it may take up to three months to vaccinate everyone eligible in Phases 1A and 1B. Yesterday, New York State announced a further expansion to the eligible priority population, which now includes individuals age 65 years and older.

Check with your insurance carrier and/or your healthcare provider for more information. The HealthMart COVID-19 testing si...te at Sinclair Pharmacy, located at 75 North Main Street in Warsaw, has expanded testing: Monday through Friday from 9am to 2pm through the end of December. To schedule a test, register online by visiting https://doineedacovid19test.com/ or by calling (800) 635-8611 for those without internet access. Please do not call Sinclair Pharmacy directly to register for this testing. This project is funded by a grant from the US Department of Health and Human Services, there is no cost. Test results are usually available within 2 4 business days. Sinclair Pharmacy, located at 75 North Main Street in Warsaw has limited rapid testing available. The cost is $75.00, some insurances are accepted. Call 786-2330 for more information. Beginning, September 8, 2020, individuals can be COVID-19 tested at Wyoming County Community Health System Outpatient Laboratory, located on the first floor at 400 North Main Street in Warsaw. Testing will be available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 5:30am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 8:00am to 2:00pm (closed on Sundays). You must have a prescription from your healthcare provider either in hand or faxed before your arrival; insurance or payment is required.
