Tesa Tuesday! Here's a quick shot of our cmm checking final dimensions of a part after being anodized. As we work with close tolerances on a daily basis, our Tesa makes it a breeze to check parts quickly and accurately, ensuring the quality of our parts are held to the highest standard.

We are happy to introduce a new machine to the shop this month! Our Haas vf-1 will join the rest of our machines on the floor to boost workload. With this new addition, we are looking forward to increasing production numbers and rapid turn around times, giving us the ability to run more jobs faster, with more efficiency. As we grow we look forward to expanding by adding new machines, and highly skilled machinists that will contribute to the on going success of our company.

Here's a look at a Somatic Cell Reading Device we made with a local optics company. This device was created for farmers to check cell counts in the milk of their cows on the spot, eliminating the need to send samples to a lab for testing. 5,000 units of 10 individual details were made in house maintaining a production rate of 500 units a month.
