The parade of food trucks continues! We're VERY excited that the folks from Cousins Maine Lobster will be visiting our friends across the street at SingleCut North & Side Stage Tap Room with their DELICIOUS lobstery treats this Saturday. Once again, we'll be pouring our EXTRA CRUSTACEOUS Yankee Bloody Marys, with a bit of OLD BAY Seasoning in the mix, and some tasty shrimps on the skewer, in keeping with the theme.... Of course we'll have a bunch of other delicious cocktails on our menu as well. including our SPIKED MULLED CIDER, and our Barrel-Aged Adirondack Old Fashioned, to take the edge off the BEAUTIFUL, but BRISK Fall day that we're expecting. In the meantime, we're here today and tomorrow from 2-8PM as always. We hope to see you soon!

Our friends from The Hangry Scot Food Truck @ SingleCut North are all set up across the street to sausage the living heck out of your tastebuds with their OKTOBERFEST menu offerings, and our neighbors at SingleCut North & Side Stage Tap Room have got you covered with all the tasty beers to wash that food down, and we're here for you with some great cocktails as well, including our new MULLED APPLE CRISP (which we're affectionately referring to as "WINTER IS COMING"), served HOT, so you won't even THINK about the drizzle. It's BLOODY SUNDAY, so of course we're slinging our legendary Bloodies in the Tasting Room but, if you're in the mood for something built on Whiskey, why not come by and give The Vaccine a try? It's our new sour, built on our Straight Single Malt Whiskey, with the juice of SMOKED lemons, house-made honey-ginger syrup, and garnished with a candied ginger coin. Smoky, spicy, sweet, and sour, all in perfect balance. Of course we're still at the Schenectady Greenmarket for anoth...er couple of hours, too, if that's a little closer to home and you're just looking for a bottle to enjoy on this beautiful Fall Day! We're still at the Saratoga Farmers' Market until 1PM, with all of our bottled spirits (including our bottled, BARREL-AGED OLD FASHIONED), and the tasting room will be open from Noon-8PM, as always! You know that feeling when you're looking forward to something tasty later in the day so you maybe don't eat so much all day so you can REALLY go to town when you get to eat that tasty thing but, as time goes on, you get hungrier and hungrier and you want to stab everybody? Yeah. That's where we're at right now. 10 minutes to go...

We were working on that stuff WAY before we were allowed to sell it, because we KNEW you would need it (and you still do, by the way- come pick some more up). Great news, Folks! We have the Vaccine. Oh! You thought I was talking about... I mean I can see where you might think... ah, shoot. Sorry. But yeah, no- it's a cocktail. It's an AMAZING cocktail. It's our take on the modern classic, the Penicillin, itself a take on the Whiskey Sour. The dense, rich flavor of our Straight Single Malt Whiskey is a tough one to stand up to in a cocktail, but we've done it again here.... Made with our Straight Single Malt Whiskey, Homemade Honey-Ginger Syrup, SMOKED LEMON Juice, and garnished with a slice of Candied Ginger, the drink combines the smoky, spicy, and sweet notes that we always try to hit in our full-bodied cocktails, and does so in a completely unique way.. you have to try it! We're open from Noon-8PM for bottle sales and cocktails to go as always, and we hope to see you!

Well... we can only ADD so many new cocktails to the menu before we have to say goodbye to something and, Peach Sweet Tea, our delicious friend, it's time to say goodbye. We'll see you again next time we're getting our air conditioners down from the attic again. We don't want to drag things out, so we're knocking $1 off the cocktail, and $5 off the Half Gallons... until it's gone.
