Redisover Your Inner Peace through the Holidays... Sunday, December 13th, 11am-12pm Join Shawna as she supports you to rediscover the peace you already have within. With a grounding breath practice and gentle poses to stretch and open the body, this class will to support you to recenter, reground, and release stress. We will end with a soothing restorative pose and a guided meditation. All levels welcome. You will need a yoga mat, a strap or belt, a pillow, a sturdy blanket, and your smiling face. We work beyond muscles to focus on connective tissue as we soften into poses with the breath. A Yin class includes long, slow, deep stretches, as poses are held longer.
