Introducing our newest addition to our yoga teacher family, certified Yoga Teacher Kelley Lockwood. Kelley received her 200 hr YTT from Amarit Yoga Institute in Florida. In this traditional Hatha yoga class plan for a meditative experience holding postures longer than a typical vinyasa class. Her classes will start this Wednesday December 9th 10-11am.
