In all our classes we warm-up with our Sun Salutations (just like grown ups do!) The main difference is we lead them with a fun and engaging rhyme. Once the Beans are comfortable we give them an opportunity to come on the teachers mat (Pre Covid) to be the leader and teach the sun salute. Allowing kids to lead an activity helps promote confidence and keeps the activity dynamic!
