Our 7:30pm Bootcamp Class just completed our hi calorie burning challenge........ 1) Burpee/Sprint Run/Bear Crawl 2) 4 Dumbbell Squat Press/8 Dumbell overhead Hi-Knee runs 3) Side to Side Football Runs... 4) Dumbell Frankstein Runs 1rst QT- Do each exercise above 5 times 2nd QT-. Do exercise # 1 ten times and exercise 2-4 five times 3rd QT- Do exercise # 1 fifteen times and exercise 2-4 five times 4th QT- Do exercise # 1 twenty times and exercise 2-4 five times Can you complete all 4 quarters of the 5 Yard Rush Cardio Challenge? Estimated completion time: 20 minutes.
