Yorkshire Fire Department

They say that the fire department is a family and nothing could be more true. 2 weeks ago today we responded to a serious motorcycle accident that turned out to be one of our families child. Yesterday, we got the best news we could've ever asked for- it was time to bring Owen home. And Noone wanted to be there to welcome him home more than his fire family and welcome him home, we did. Thank you for everyone that helped us that day from our department, our neighboring departments, Mercy EMS and Mercyflight for making THIS moment possible!

Tonight we practiced some extrication skills.
