Your Fat Loss Boss, Daniel Mark 14.01.2021

"There is so much to be said about my trainer Dan Kriegel! His knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function and the capabilities of a determined individual is unsurpassed by anyone. He is not your typical trainer! He instills confidence and encouragement to make you want to work and push yourself to the max! Dan has been my personal trainer for the past 4 months and in that time, he has helped me transform my body. He has brought me to a level that I never thought possible... for a woman of my age, 46. Before Dan, I had been training for years with other trainers and to my disappointment did not see changes. I found myself frustrated but still determined so I asked Dan to take me on as a client, and without hesitation he said yes. In 4 months Dan, has given me the courage to not only fight for what it is I want but to never give up on my dream to achieve a strong and healthy body. The hour that I spend with Dan three times a week is tough yet fun. We both come away from the session tired but energized. To see the progress that I have made toward my health and fitness goals is so rewarding, but I also know that I would have never gotten here without Dan’s help. He taught me that the mind can overcome the body and it’s all about staying focused and determined on what I want most. " - Gina V It's no lie, I have the greatest clients ever. Are you stressed? It's hard to tell sometimes. When we are stressed it really take's a huge toll on us physically and mentally. It's crazy how many of my physical symptoms are linked to stress. Stress forces us to go into a fight or flight response and when stress is prolonged you can start noticing symptoms. Here are just a few symptoms that can be caused by high stress. -Low Energy... -Depression -Change in Appetite -Stomach Issues -Getting sick easily -Chronic pain If you're having any of these symptoms it could mean it's time for some rest, exercise, good food and relaxation. YAS! 4lbs lost and 4 weeks down so far with a balanced nutrition and exercise program! So freaking proud of this guy! Even with his insane busy schedule he pushed through and focused on the things he could do versus the things he couldn't leading towards his goal! Small victories over time lead up to big results! Nothing make me happier than seeing these amazing rockstars reach towards their goals! ... Improvement everyday! Keep it up! To anyone struggling saying they don't have time, yes you do! Maybe not as much as you think you do but if you really want to start feeling more energized fitting into cloths better, felling healthier and rid some stress then you can deff find a itty bitty bit of time! Here’s a challenge I both love and dread all at the same time it will take some time, but the payoff is amazing. We’re going to raid our ENTIRE KITCHEN getting rid of anything that we no longer need, use, or that isn’t serving our health and fitness goals. So let’s get started! ... First, start with the pantry . Go through every shelf and toss anything that’s expired, questionable (hey, it happens!), or is overly processed. Look at all your food labels and get rid of anything with the word hydrogenated in it along with excess sugars, preservatives, or anything else you can’t pronounce! Then, you’ll move to your kitchen cabinets and drawers and do the same thing. Lastly, you’ll put on your it’s go time face, and get busy with your refrigerator and freezer! Personally, I like to do each area one at a time, raiding it and then giving each area a little scrub-down as I go. Have a question about how long you should keep foods? Stress eating is a betch. Trying to over come it is certainly a battle. This has probably been my number 1 downfall with my nutrition over the last few years. Life is soooo busy especially when you’re young done with college and trying to make a living in the real world.... It’s easy to forget about yourself and then give into cravings. It’s not your fault, the cravings release that feel good chemical romance. I’ve deff learned some tricks but I think the main lesson I’ve learned is you can’t just avoid stress, you can make it disappear with yummy treats or alcohol. Its going to happen so eventually you have to suck it up and learn to deal with it. Either way is hard but I rather chose the way where I come out feeling better in the end! Screw you stress eating!
