YMD's staff/owner respects ALL view points on all matters, and offers no judgement with the current world events and recommendations, state guidelines, mandates etc. However, it will remain a salon policy that all guests and clients, will continue to wear a mask upon entering and for the duration of their service, and will be temperature checked prior to service. We also hope that you will remain distant and/or reschedule in the event that you do not feel well or have been... exposed to anyone testing positive for COVID-19, or positive themselves. The owner takes sanitation and disinfecting very seriously, and effortlessly provides a clean and safe environment for their client's. We hope for the same in return! The salon owner is currently under medical care for a High Risk Pregnancy, and has opted out of obtaining the vaccine for personal health reasons, and as a precaution under doctor care. Renovations have been complete! YMD will be putting the finishing touches on this week (sneak peek in comments) and so excited to share the reveal with you all soon! We will be back to available online booking appointments and new client appointments the week of May 11th! For those clients who have appts booked May 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th, you are all set. No need to contact us. You will be sent a reminder. Additionally, ALL appointments come with a text or email reminder! Pl...ease be sure you have provided your updated email or mobile number. Kindly provide 24-48 hours of notice. While we understand that emergency situations happen (both by client and stylist) keep in mind that your stylist and others time is affected. A no-show or last minute (less than 24hrs) cancelation fee of $25 may be added to your next appointment. Unfortunately, this policy has to go into effect ASAP as too often there are significant no-shows with last min reschedules, or repeated cancelations. YMD strives to provide a relaxing environment and there is a revolving wait list - if you request an appt and the time you want is not available, please reach out to your stylist and arrangements can and will be made to the best of the availability of your stylist. Every effort will be made to book on a first come first serve basis. We highly encourage you to book your next appointment(s) at the completion of your services to guarantee an appointment(s) that works best for you.
