What I love the most about cake pops, is that they make for incredible favors. as a matter of fact, the reason why I started making them, was because I became obsessed with having them as favors, for my daughter’s birthday party. Unfortunately, I failed miserably attempting to make them for her event and I ended up buying them from Starbucks . However, if you know me you would know that I just never give up! I finally learned! (I must dig out my first cake pop photos so you ...can laugh a bit ). The favor tags were created in-house, by using our electronic cutter and a foiling machine. Getting colors right, in terms of hue and saturation, is a very difficult process in baking, as we often need to blend different pigments to get to the right result. However, this process can be made a lot easier, with the right knowledge. In this class, we will ...reviewing color theory and offering tips and tricks as to how to achieve the perfect colors, all the time!
