Zumba with CJ

Hey everybody, I feel it is too hot to be doing Zumba outside tonite, so class is cancelled. We will be back at our usual location in Binghamton on Thursday at 6:00pm. Stay cool and see you on Thursday!!!

Class is planned for outside tonite at 6:00pm depending on the weather. Please check back here later today for any updates.

Change in plans - there will be class this Tuesday, June 29th!!! It will be outside in the parking lot at 2809 Old Vestal Road, Vestal. 6:00pm $5 for an hour of fun and fitness. Drop ins and newbies are always welcome!!

Zumba Tuesday!!! $5 Zumba tonite at 6:00pm at the American Legion at 1 Grace Street in Binghamton.

$5 Zumba tonite at 6:00pm!! REMINDER: Tonite's class is being held at the American Legion at 1305 Riverview Drive by the Union-Endicott high school. When you go in the front door, there are stairs to your right. Go up the stairs and follow the group fitness signs. Drop ins and newbies are always welcome!!

We are taking a mid winter break. No classes this week or next week. We will be back on Tuesday, February 16th
