Zumba Fitness in East Rochester

So things are looking pretty good so far for some Saturday dancin’...... Stay tuned!

No Zumba this Saturday. It’s only going to be mid 30’s and possibly snow! Stay warm... stay safe and we will try again for next weekend!! In the meantime...

HAPPY THANKSGIVING my Zumba friends!! Go ahead and eat that piece of pie. Just make sure you come to Zumba Saturday morning to work it off!!

Stayed tuned for class info on this Saturday’s class. Watching the weather. I’ll text Friday with a yay or nay. Oh.... expect Christmas songs... just sayin’.... better practice those 12 Days of Christmas moves!!! .

Great class yesterday ladies (and new gentleman!). . The 43 degrees actually felt good!! Gloves help a ton!! Hopefully we can do it again next Saturday! I’ll post and text later in the week, so look for it. Until then ... HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!
