Gateway Center is a sham...we need a real plan!!! Mayor Keller is pushing his non-plan on us through Carol Pierce...is it me...or are you also tired of the smoke and mirrors act of the city ? The county is also ...spending lots of money with no plan...

Oct 14...Homeless Covid cases 100 at shelter- now camping on the sidewalk and trashing our neighborhood...Tim Keller please move your dumb portapotties out of Wells Park, they are not helping anyone...PS The Heading Home buses are spreading Covid...100 cases at the shelter since April...The city and our mayor are clueless-making matters worse instead of better...Now trying to copy cat Gabriel's Village... When will they ever listen, and support good ideas instead of trying to steal them? PS Committees of volunteers cannot do your job Mr. Keller! Please give back the 14 mil you got last Nov for a mega-shelter, and start over! September 7, 2020...Yet another arson fire set by the homeless with APD and AFD cover ups! Tim Keller does not want his crime rate to be accurate, so the arson is left unchecked. This arson burned down Frank's Place, Robert B Gibson Auto, and last Friday, the Auto Parts Plus Store. This mayor continues to blight Wells Park with his homeless services and push to put a useless Gateway to no where! He lied to the public when he said he needed 14 mil last Nov in a bond. He h...ad no plan, but had already chosen someone to build it. He tried to force his way with his pretty boy looks to get UNM, and Wells Park to accept it at Coronado Park. His flunky staff of Carol Pierce and Lisa Huval did their song and dance and still continue to do it...most recently scamming Jerry Bishoff out of the fair value of his building West of Coronado Park to house yet another homeless service...So the city destroys parts of town allowing lawlessness, and corruption by the nonprofits who bring those individuals on meth, heroine, and or mentally ill to an area to bring the property value down. The city paid Jerry 550,000 for a commercial property easily worth 2-3 million. This mayor- Tim Keller sets the GABA and Wells Park president as members on his committees for homelessness/ethics to shut them up...Sky Devore, John Gazigian, Jason Marks and Doreen McKnight. So what exactly does a microbrewry owner know about homeless solutions?? Yes, so much so that he needs two of them. He also asked the operations manager of Creamland Dairy who was also a supporter of GABA. He has copied the GABA plan in the Gateway Center as well. He paid someone to do a phoney schematic for Lisa and Carol to do their PR work with...without any idea of where the facility to house 3-400 people would be!!!! How do you make a plan without knowing the location??? YOU DON'T!! He asked state legislators to fund it and they laughed and gave 330,000. Considering there are are so many Alb reps-- it was a clear message! Also, Carol asked the county and they said NO! This mayor has never had a plan, does not know how to make a plan, and refuses to allow me, and GABA's Gabriel's Village to become public knowledge! We have a plan and a property and we were not part of the lineup of properties they suggested for survey!!! All a hoax Tim...your ego is clearly getting the best of you...but the public is seeing the light- you will not be re-elected! If I had my way, we would be doing a recall vote ASAP...we do not deserve one more year of your dog and pony show and lies that are destroying this city....PS Taking glory for boards painted over closed businesses is sick! This week was a kitty quick litter week-- feeling like we are falling further and further from a true solution to the homeless crisis...portapotties put everywhere in Wells park, and the rest of the city in front of private properties and blocking alleys tells homeless campers it is ok to including in the Wells Park Community Center- Those campers yell at residents to "STAY OUT"! of our our park, others are fighting in the streets day and night... Mayor Keller hiding behind c...ommittees... Onward and upward to building Gabriel's Village...The Gateway Center needs to be canned- no sense in beating a dead horse that has no plan or thought going into it...Return the 14 mil by law, and start over Tim Keller! GABA will give you the plans for a comprehensive center for free, and the property will be received on trade-- a win-win for the city and for those who need housing and help..Meanwhile campers at St Martin's all over our sidewalks, stabbing us, threatening us, piling feces and needles on our property...meanwhile they break ground on a 42 bed 10 mil building...How does a nuisance non-profit that has hundreds of police calls, and who has broken their good neighbor agreement with the neighborhood and the city - (they also broke their promises in the good neighbor contract continue to stay open again??? It is spelled CORRUPTION...and it is sick and disgusting to tax payers- businesses and residents of Wells Park. Thank you to the county for listening- the city- well, it sticks its head in kitty quick sand...: ( Debbie O'Malley, Ike Benton, Tim Keller, Javier Martinez, Jerry Ortiz Y Pino....where are you?? You certainly do not do what is best for those who need help- (no housing 42 people for 10 million is a waste of money!), more land taken from those of us who are discriminated upon in our poor neighborhoods already! Sadly, I think we have never been a more divided country...I think it is so hypocritical of people who call for "peace" and then say things like "I cannot be your friend if you vote for so and so!" Oh but by the way- I will fly the flag.... That is nothing but a load of baloney -- The flag should represent unity - even through differences...sadly today it only represents red, white and blue fabric with 50 stars printed on it...Happy Independence Day from England everyone-- rah, rah one for the fireworks companies who were never shut down due to Covid!

Sad about the tearing down of Onate. It will not make Alb a better place-- any more than taking down crosses in front of churches will...After all- the cross is the ultimate reminder of injustice isn't it?? Putting an innocent Jewish man on a cross and killing him in the most painful way possible stands as a reminder to Christians...not something to tear down...Let's Pray for those who think tearing down a statue will make us be kinder and better people. Only a change of heart can do that!

Since the inception of COVID insanity, the following regulations, rules or consequences have occurred: I won't get COVID if I get an abortion but I will get COVID if I get a colonoscopy. Selling pot is essential but selling goods and services at a family-... owned business is not. Pot wasn't even legal and pot dispensaries didn't even exist in this state until five months ago and, in that five months, they have become essential but a family-owned business in existence for five generations is not. A family of six can pile in their car and drive to a lake without getting COVID but, if they all get in the same boat, they will. We are told that kids rarely contract the virus and sunlight kills it, but summer youth programs, sports programs are cancelled. Four people can drive to the golf course and not get COVID but, if they play in a foursome, they will. If I go to Walmart, I won't get COVID but, if I go to church, I will. Murderers are released from custody while small business owners are threatened with arrest if they have the audacity to attempt to feed their families. These are just a few of examples of rules, regulations and consequences that are arbitrary, capricious, and completely devoid of anything even remotely logical...SO if you eat outside in a patio-with people 6 feet apart that is OK, but if you eat inside - it is not?? Thanks for the lack of logic Gov Lujan-Grisham...should we wear our masks in between bites??

What a day...calls and emails all day long, just coming up for air. Wish I had a million spare dollars to start Gabriel's Village.I think I will write Bill Gates...he got his start in Alb right? Happy Easter everyone- the most holy day in the Christian year...it is sad how mean and hateful people are to each other in the face of the virus crisis and now holy week. Some people never change...maybe things are not bad enough for them yet for them to change...they only see the world through a very shallow, selfish microscope...only caring about themselves and, only their immediate needs/wants. Here's hoping/praying for lasting change during the many more months of virus.
