Chris and the office staff really make a unfortunate problem a easy experience. My dealership referred me to Richmond to have a warranty problem taken care of. ...They were very professional and timely to get my car repaired. Then about a month later my son had gotten into a accident and i did not have to think twice where the car was to be repaired. I had been referred to this body shop from Atlantic Honda for a warranty paint corrosion repair of my vehicle. They were very professional in handling the repair and getting my car back to me in a timely matter. Unfortunately... my son was involved in a accident with his car and without even thinking of another place to get it repaired I made a decision to have it towed to Richmond. From the time I got there and spoke to Chris and JoJo it was nothing but smooth sailing. They had been in constant contact with me throughout the whole repair process. I did not feel that I was just a number like you feel in a lot of other places. Anytime I had a question or concern I got an answer or I was told that Chris would call me back. The insurance contacted them, Richmond took over, walked through everything I needed, had a rental waiting for me (and same on rental return) and my Subaru came back clean as when I bought it, and with a perfect fender.
