I am a coach, not a cheerleader. (I mean I WAS a cheerleader and LOVE being a cheerleader and a hype girl- but all in all I am a coach and smidgy bit cheerleader lol!) You come to me or any coach for change and guidance. ... This means you will need to make a change in your lifestyle. READ THAT AGAIN. Because these are the real facts. What I am here for is to help you stay on track, make changes that you desire and came to me for, troubleshoot your programming, provide accountability, help you problem solve and I TRULY want the VERY best for you. If you only have a 50/50 compliance to your nutritional programming instead of 90/10, unfortunately the plan probably isn’t going to work. Motivation to lose weight and get healthy and eat better is NOT easy- not even for the trainer or most fit people you know. You have to want it and sometimes it’s really really hard. I would be lying if I said it’s easy. I am not here to 'talk you into' doing this. YOU HAVE TO WANT IT. If you don’t want it for you, I cant coach that out of you. The hard truth is you aren’t the person next to you. You aren’t 10 years younger. It’s going to be different for you. Results are going to vary. And the expectation that Iwill change your program or plan because it’s hard or it didn’t work the first week ... I’m not that kind of coach either. Results take time. A long time and a lot of consistency... that means every day over and over. And then over again. Do you have goals?? Be consistent and focus on growth when you are doing all the work.
