Happy Monday everyone... just a reminder for class schedule this week: The Following classes will be held at the new location this week: *Tuesdays 5:15 class will be taking the bootcamp class at new location *Wednesdays 4:20 class will be at new location taking the body and sculpt class.... *more may follow as week goes on!!

Good Morning! Just a reminder for those of you planning on attending the 4:20 TBS class today... we are meeting at the new gym location to try out the Body Sculpting class which starts at 4:30! See you there! The 5:15 and 6:10 Tbs classes remain the same at Deer Park!
