NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Minerva Water District No. 1 of the Town of Minerva Essex County, New York NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Minerva, Essex County, New York, will meet in the Town Hall, 5 Morse Memorial Highway, in Minerva, New York, in said Town, on June 3, 2021 at 6:30 o’clock P.M., Prevailing Time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing upon a certain map, plan and report, including an estimate of cost, in relation to the proposed i...ncrease and improvement of the facilities of the Minerva Water District No. 1, in said Town, consisting of replacement and reconstruction of water mains, including hydrants, gate valves, and service lines together with original furnishings, equipment, machinery, apparatus, appurtenances, and incidental improvements and expenses in connection therewith, at a maximum estimated cost of $2,400,000. GREAT NEWS!!! Essex County DMV (all offices) will NO longer require appointments starting 6/9/21. We are honoring all appointments already scheduled through the setmore site. We will be open to the general public of our surrounding counties. ... Essex County will be opening a DMV office in Lake Placid in early June.
