We may still be quarantined but I never stopped working! This sure was a different experience + definitely not an easy one, but I'm so happy for my clients who just rented this beautiful one bedroom in Lenox Hill! The rules for brokers are different during COVID - we're not allowed to show in person which makes my job extremely difficult. Meeting with clients face-to-face is key to maintaining a relationship. Instead, we are giving virtual tours either by sending a video ... or via FaceTime. Many buildings do not allow prospective clients to tour a unit in person unless they are pre-qualified or in some cases, when a lease is signed.
