I only waited 5 min or less!... Overall Staff Rating: Very pleasant, professional, patient, and very reassuring and very helpful during a time that potentially could’ve been pretty scary. Procedure: I had lots of numbing medicine so I never felt any pain but I’m sure that’s a variable. And the endodontic specialist wanted to make absolutely sure that the area was numb enough and kept checking before proceeding. She also kept checking on me the whole time during the treatment, and explainee everything meanwhile, which i found very good of her. Very comfortable environment and the endodontic specialist(i forgot her name but she was amazing)!, and the nurse, also amazing, forgot name also) , (sorry!), were very reassuring and my anxiety was relieved as I went through the process. People look at root canals negatively(incl me!!) for a reason and this endodontics practice has clearly changed that perspective. I would return to this endodontic specialist in a heartbeat and I’m very glad that I met her and very appreciative of the care I received from her, the nurse, and the staff. Outstanding!
