more than just buns we now serve handmade steamed rice noodles (cheong fun / ) READY-TO-SERVE we offer the classics in plain, shrimp, pork, beef, roast pork, egg, and salted shrimp & scallion.... MAKE-YOUR-OWN if you have a few minutes to spare, we can make them fresh with additional toppings. just choose one of the classics listed above and add egg, corn, scallion, or cilantro.
