In the spirit of gratitude and giving, William and I are donating 1% of Gretchen’s Confections’ gross income from this past year, (as crazy as it has been,) to a local organization whose work we admire and appreciate: The Finger Lakes Land Trust. We are grateful to live in a region with such exquisite natural beauty, and we hope to be able to share it with many future generations to come.
