Yesterday I made the difficult decision to send one of my babies to the Rainbow Bridge. Dr. Regner was absolutely amazing. She is a wonderful and caring Veterinarian that helped us through our difficult time.

I would like to thank everyone for your patience. Currently it is just Sherri and Carrie at the shop. They are grooming 6-7 dogs a day with approximately 40 more people to return calls to. Please continue to be patient with us we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

Good news! We are open! Please be patient with us as we start rescheduling. We will be going in order of previous canceled appointments. We understand everyone is anxious to get an appointment as soon as possible. Currently we will be working at half staff (Alycia and the baby will not be here) and have over 100 fur babies that are waiting for an appointment. We will continue to do our best in returning phone calls as soon as we can.

Here is the latest update for us reopening. We are considered phase 2, which means if all goes well reopening in approximately two weeks. There are going to be some changes in how drop off and pick up will occur. When we start making calls and booking appointments we will let you know the new safeguards.

I understand how frustrated everyone is. Trust me you are not alone! While I would like to reopen right now, every single thing I have read says we are still not supposed to. As of yesterday it looks like we will be considered part of phase two. Yes there are others that have reopened. I do not know if they have been given special permission. What I do know is that I can be fined for being open before government officials have given the ok. When we are able to safely and legally open we will. There will be new safety measures put into place as well.
