Interesting little video showing the evolution of the American home since 1973. It's short and to the point but has some very telling info!
Great news for both buyers and sellers...
Completely agree with this list. Honesty when pricing a home is absolutely #1. If an agent intentionally overestimates the values of homes in order to attain listings they're not only setting their sellers up for disappointment and making their relocation more difficult but are tarnishing their own reputation in the process.
