We just had the most amazing experience with him! ... We hate buying a car- especially a used car. Jason made it easy and was completely honest with us about everything! Almost unheard of when buying a used vehicle. If you want us to check it out before you buy it he’s on board with that too!!

I wonder how this would work for inspection if it had a light out? I mean all lights have to be working so!!

In the 12 years we've been here unhappy clients are very few and far between. I think we've had maybe 2 that I can remember. Not a bad count as far as I'm concerned. We had a man in here yesterday that claimed we didn't do something that he was charged for because someone else said we didn't do it. We showed him the shiny new part on his SUV and I gave him a copy of the recipet for the part I purchased. It was an inspection so I also advised him to call the phone number on his inspection reciept to NYS DMV. It was a total of $160.00 part and labor. Who or why would anyone even think a reputable business would risk thier reputation,business and livlihood for anything at all - but for 160?? I can't comprehend this!!

Good morning all!! I just want to share a little information with you all. I have many people that come in a question why our parts cost so much more than parts bought online like at Rock Auto for example and why we don't purchase our parts from them.......It's all a matter of warranty, time convienece for replacement and the fact that local suppliers can't compete with online sales . Most parts supplied by us are lifetime warranty and so are theirs. However when you need to ...warranty that part what do you do? For example, you buy your wheel bearing from an online distrubutor, it's good for 2 months then it fails (this dosen't always happen, but it happens) and you have to replace it immediatly, because you have work, kids have school, soccer, baseball music lessons and all of that daily grind stuff we all have. So now what? you have to send back the part that has failed and then they will send you a replacement. Now you have been without your car for at least 5-7 business days because your wheel is off and your waiting for your replacement part. We do our best to shop for the best part at the best price for your car. We take care of our customers when any part we purchased and replaced on your car fails we can almost always take care of it that day. So please if you think we're just price gouging on parts take this information into consideration. See more
