New Local Ride Service Offered to York Residents York Housing’s Neighborhood Network program has begun piloting a transportation service to residents of York along with our partners, York Senior Center, York Community Service Association, and York Hospital. ... Rides to locations throughout York and adjacent towns are available on a first come, first served basis, Monday-Friday mornings from 9am - noon. The fare for each round-trip ride is $2.
