She then asked me to go from Zero Lip Color to a super defined shape, AS RED AS POSSIBLE. Proof that lips are NOT fully healed at 7 days and true color takes longer to bloom The lip skin texture was super different: really thick toughness yet with the movability of soft elastic. Lips with filler also have more lymphatic fluid that drips right after the procedure. Color is gorgeous, but cannot wait to pack it in more at the touchup and make them RED as ever!! She never worked with long tapered needles and I love long needles With neutralizations, if the darkness and melanin in the lips is not super dark / super saturated, I can create a customized color by mixing more towards nude, more towards pink, more towards rose or reddish Thank you @tesstattoo for sending my lovely student @lolaluvnyc my way We had a great time in my Look and Learn training session!

Can YOU tell the difference? RIGHT AFTER VS. HEALED Don’t get confused! I often get comments like That’s too much or Omg not natural at all! and I want to say, DUH! Girlfriend why would I give someone crazy duck lips permanently?! But, some people genuinely don’t understand, so we have to gently remind them that it FADES 30-50% when healed, depending on how saturated the tattoo is and that swelling is normal and TEMPORARY I’d literally die if everyone stayed exactly how I tattooed them
