OCL welcomes our new Executive Director Dear Friends and Families: We are pleased to announce that Daniel Kelley has joined our team at OCL in the role of Executive Director. He has a long and rich background in human services, working many years at Circare (Onondaga Case Management Services) and most recently as the Director of Crisis & Development Services at Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. Dan brings with him extensive experience in Management, Leadership, Finances, ...Grant Writing, Regulatory Compliance and Strategic Planning. He has worked in Care Coordination and Case Management using the person-centered approach which is essential to keeping with OCL’s mission. Dan grew up in Central New York and remains here with his family. He received his Bachelor of Arts at LeMoyne College and his Master’s in Public Administration at the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He has been involved in various organizations and advocacy groups within the community. Dan has two children with a developmental disability so what we do and who we are at OCL is very dear to his heart. Please join us in welcoming Dan to the OCL family! See more
