Well here we are at another Labor Day weekend! However, is Labor Day really the end of summer anymore? In fact is Memorial Day the beginning of summer anymore? THE ANSWER: NO It hasn’t gotten hot around this area until... late June for the past 3 years. Likewise record warmth has been recorded all the way through November for the past 3 years. With the facts on the table I’m here to answer a question I get all the time. When should I close my pool? THE ANSWER: When your not using it AND not maintaining it. If you have a heater your good until Halloween Easily. The times and seasons are changing and we are here to adapt with you. The only thing you should be doing right now is ordering your covers if needed. Shipping will once again slow down in the crush. Besides that enjoy! We really appreciate your patronage and enjoy your holiday weekend!! Sincerely, Brandon J. Mongero Some 2020 Renovation and Liner pics:

Storm Update: We still have no power and no phones. However, the crew is in today and hitting the field to survey the damage and start moving forward. Please note if your on a generator we will not be able to service your pool. We will be visiting all clients houses in the next 2 days like a regular maintenance schedule to see who needs what. In addition another crew will be assigned to floor work at our current renovation site to prepare the pool for the liner Monday morning. No names will be posted but I’m sure the clients know who they are. Sit tight and be patient. We are on our way.
POOL POTIONS LLC regrets to inform our clients that we will be closed today due to the storm yesterday we have no power at our shop there is 100 car long line for gas. We also have no phones so the only way to contact us is via email or Facebook page we hope to be back up and running tomorrow to at least get to some of the pools that require weekly maintenance as well as sustained damage during the storm. Thank you for your patience and we’re doing the best we can.

It’s probably been the most hectic season of our lives. The pandemic has literally crippled supplies and caused a backorder ripple affect across most products. However, I was just looking back in my phone and realized we have still done so much. With so much more to do. Here is a glimpse of what we have accomplished. The rest hasn’t arrived off the truck yet. Liners, steps, lights, filter systems, concrete work and more. Very proud of my team. Keep up the great work.
Thank you to the Illardi family for letting us do the replacement of their liner on their extraordinary swimming pool. I’ve been doing this for over 20 years and I’ve never seen this shape before just goes to show you every day is a new day.
And it’s finally done...
Got my pond/waterfall done on my day off. We plan on adding this type of work into our fall ( Sept-December) and early spring (March- April) list of services. If you may happen to be interested in a water feature inquire within.
Ready for the liner!
As of Tuesday this week the construction ban has been lifted and we can finally get moving on the bigger projects that we couldn’t before. It’s a unprecedented time for every pool company in the area. The demand to swim far outweighs the supply of workers and materials. We are making every effort we can to move everybody along as fast as possible but we must realize that shipping, ordering receiving and even trying to find more help to accommodate the demand is very difficult. Why would anyone work when they can make more money via unemployment pandemic compensation of over $1000 a week in most cases. We ask that you remain patient with us and all the other pool companies in the area as we try our hardest to accommodate. This is sun up to sundown 7 days a week for us and it will get accomplished.
