Wit and I ventured out to a recognized dressage competition at Houghton College. This was this first recognized show I had been to in 30 years, and we ended up earning scores toward a USDF bronze medal. For the next show we will be starting second level tests. If you see us, come and say hello! She’s easy to spot out there.

The Patrick King clinic was very well received. We were treated to a lecture the evening before we started lessons. Patrick is all about the details, and starts with jaw and poll flexions before moving on. Here is some video of the lecture, as well as my opportunity to have him work with Wit. We look forward to getting his input again!
