Rivertown Runners at this weekend group runs we will be offering samples of MAUTREN GEL 100, Hydrogel. As the new year starts so do the weekday workouts. Today on the track the report came in "Reporting 8x 400, plus 8xstairs done, plus 1 mile warmup + 1/2 mile cooldown. Plus a bit for some. Nice turnout". All are invited to participate. Tomorrow Eagle Hill run.

Annual New Years Day run a success, picture taken, thanks Jackie, run completed, thanks to the guides Tom K and Krista, post run mimosas, sparkling cider, OJ and some brewskies along with the tasty treats and conversations. Thanks to all that contributed to the post run refreshments.

Keeping Spirits High calling all members to join us for the Annual New Years Day Run at Noon. We meet at the Sleepy Hollow High School, head out for a run and back for some celebratory treats and drinks. Friends and family are welcome to join us. Enjoy your New Year's Eve and see ya in the new year. Peace.

Water boy was absent this weekend. Had to quarantine after a trip up to New Hampshire. Next on the RTR agenda is the Annual New Year's Day run at noon. Post run mimosas, water, beer, treats ( feel free to bring something) and a photo of course. As with all runs this is COVID 19 compliant. Please keep you finger crosses that Mother Nature is nice to us come New year's Day.
