December 12, 2020 God is good, all the time! All the time, God is good! During this pandemic experience Salem has made many adjustments to ensure the safety of our church family and any visitors. Please note the ministry opportunities as well as any extra requirements involved with worship attendance mentioned below. Each Saturday morning our Sunday School lesson for the week is released. If you are in need of Sunday School materials for your family please notify the church ...office and we will make arrangements with you. We anticipate that our ‘in-person’ Sunday School option will be available once again in January 2021. Our ‘in-person’ worship services are available every Saturday at 4 p.m. as well as every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. Holy Communion is celebrated the first and third weekend of every month. Please keep in mind that as you join us for 'in-person' worship we have established several precautionary practices in order to keep our worshipping community safe throughout the current global pandemic. Feel free to contact the church office with any questions. In addition to our 'in-person' worship services we provide a recorded version that is released every Sunday morning on our FACEBOOK page and Website. We are happy to provide this for all those who are unable or are uncomfortable with attending in person. A SPECIAL NOTICE: Christmas Eve is such a very special celebration of worship within the Christian's life! Salem-Springville is making an extra-effort this year to accommodate safety concerns for all who want to worship 'in-person' this year. For example, we have added an additional Candlelight worship service at 5 p.m. to our 7 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. options. In order to observe social distancing requirements this year because of the pandemic we require PREREGISTRATION. Each service allows a maximum of 70 people so be sure to register as soon as you have opportunity. You may call the church office or you may sign up for the Candlelight Christmas Eve service of your choice on our FACEBOOK or Webpage while space is available. I encourage you to visit our FACEBOOK or website page weekly for any updates and announcements of upcoming activities throughout this month of December.
