While the EEOC has issued guidelines under which an employer may mandate that their employees receive the COVID-19 vaccine, several thorny legal issues arise, including: (1) How does an employer address employees with a particular disability that might make the vaccine dangerous for them? (2) Must the employer provide alternative reasonable accommodation requests, such as working from home, for employees who object to being vaccinated on religious grounds? ...
