Folks, I promised you all news when we had it. Thanks to the gracious efforts on the part of the landlord, I am very happy to announce that we finally have a SIGNED DEAL. Demolition to the interior will begin shortly. We are targeting an opening of November to bring you movies such as The Grinch, Fantastic Beasts and Wreck It Ralph 2 to the all-new remodeled South Bay Cinemas. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. We will keep you up to date as work proceeds!

Ladies & Gentlemen, We Are Not Ignoring Your Posts. We Have Spent A Long 18 Months Trying To Resolve The Many Negotiating Issues Between Our Company And The Landlord. Unfortunately, We Have Had To Stay Mum During This Process. It Appears That The Impasse May Finally Be Over And We Are Seeing Some Light At The End Of The Tunnel. We Hope To Have An Announcement Very Soon. Believe Us When We Say, We Want To Get This Going As Soon As We Can.

Hello Folks... I have seen some negative and dour posts lately. Rest assured, we have not gone anywhere. We hit a few roadblocks but it is nothing that we did not anticipate. We are working as hard as we can to get started but we also want to make sure that everything is perfect. We have cleared out a lot of the interior. As soon as we have more updates, we will share it. But the project is still a go.
