ALWAYS REMEMBER: Call your mom. As we approach our 2020 Mother's Day Service, we ask to to post your favorite picture of your Mom with your favorite advice she gave you. The key word here is favorite...not best! Submissions will be added to the virtual Service posted Sunday morning!
The Fourth Sunday in the Easter Season marks Shepherd Sunday, a service named after the scripture reading for the day: Psalm 23. As Pastor notes, many may find familiarity with this Psalm, as it's frequently refrenced throughout society and pop culture. Enjoy Pastor's sermon this Shepherd Sunday as we prepare to take on the challenges of another week. The Presbyterian Church in Garden City offers these virtual services for not only it's fellowship, but for those looking for a meditative moment during these unpredeictable times. Please feel free to publicly share to your wall, and tag those looking for religious comfort. We say a prayer for all those who have been affected by this Pandemic, and wish everyone remains safe as we march forward towards an end to the illness.
Enjoy the start to your weekend with Pastor Wanda's sermon as she analyzes Jesus and Peter's relationship while they moved past challenges and tribulations. Comment below with your thoughts on how these two were able to work through there differences.

Happy Easter Eve! Today we celebrate in anticipation of the resurrection by decorating eggs, preparing our Easter outfits, and spending time with our loved ones as we indulge in some of our favorite candy! Enjoy this time together, and remember to reach out to those who may be spending this Holiday in isolation. Remember to spread hope and joy now more than ever. With Easter Sunday comes a resurrection of life and love, a notion we'd all love to see both this weekend and ...the immediate future! Filming has wrapped of PCGC's Easter Sunday Service. The video will be available here tomorrow morning for all those who wish to safely "attend" service at home! Those who wish to share on their page are gladly encouraged to do so. Thank you all so much to those who have supported Pastor Wandas effort and dedication to bring Service to her congregation and anyone looking for meditation during these trying times!
Tonight we take part in the Tenebrae service. The Tebebrae service makes use of gradual diminished lighting to symbolize the events leading from Jesus' entry to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday up until his death and entombment. Readings from tonights service courtesy of Laura Sakowich and her daughter Kayla Robinson. Are you interested in being featured in a reading? Choose a verse from scripture and send us a recording to repost!
Happy Palm Sunday to everyone! We kick off our Holy Week series with a message from Pastor!
Pastor Wanda joins us today to share some thoughts, love, and reflection as we face these difficult times together. How will you look back on this period of your life? How are you spending this time given with family? Where can we draw a parallel with biblical history? Share & Comment below!
