This is site 132, the most popular & requested location within the grounds of Singing Waters RV Park. Due to unfortunate events, it has become back available as a long term rental. If interested in sitting right along the Moose River, with your own private sandy beach .....then this spot is for you. The cost is $420/week for 2 adults, $1800/month+electric for 2 adults, or $7,500+electric for one year. You cannot find a prime location like this on the water for a lesser price in the heart of the Adirondacks! If you're interested, call 315-369-6618 to claim this beauty before someone else does!
Another chilly, frosty start to the day. Nothing new over night. Zero snow and looking like not too much in the forecast. Slow start to winter accumulation just means it will last much longer into 2021. Any camping inquiries can be directed to 315-369-6618. Singing Waters RV Park offers a variety of accommodations to fit your individual needs. We await your calls!
Attention Winter Enthusiasts: SNODEO will go as scheduled. It will not be at the pavilion, to avoid gatherings. Vendors that are not limited by travel/quarantine restrictions will set up in parking lots adjacent to Main Street businesses. Any questions direct to the Information Center, Old Forge. 315-369-6983

Thankful for the rays of light pushing me through yet another day. It's those small things that make all the bad around me, seem miniscule in the scheme of life.
Snow has faded away the past couple days with high temperatures. Singing Waters RV Park will schedule park tours. The COVID-19 is still very real & present, so we do follow all of the guidelines to maintain safety (facemasks). However, if you're considering placing your camper at one location, our grounds have what you're seeking. We are situated minutes to the Town of Old Forge, surrounded by many Adirondack attractions, and perfectly nestled in the woods along the Moose River. An array of available sites await the next special family, adding to our RV community. Email [email protected] to schedule your time to view our property!
Here are a necessity when spending any time in the Adirondacks during the winter months. Micro spikes can fit over shoes/boots, will prevent falls, especially during early sunrise, when the temperatures have dropped and surfaces are slick as ice! I have a set and they've saved me more times than one. Be proactive and grab a pair before the inclement weather sweeps you off your feet. Areas are like a skating rink this morning....be very careful, pull on your gribs and go! Great Xmas gift or stocking stuffer.
As a NYS small business, we MUST post all of the latest regulations. We ask that our park community continue to be diligent with their safety, precautionary measures, and respect these guidelines. New York is replacing its COVID-19 travel advisory list with a new policy mandating travelers go through a testing process when coming into the state. The new policy will require anyone traveling to New York to be tested within 3 days prior and have a negative result before arrival.... Once in New York, you must quarantine for 3 days and on the 4th day get tested again. If your results are still negative, you no longer need to quarantine. Anyone traveling outside of New York and returning within 24 hours does not need to quarantine, but does need to be tested within 4 days of returning to New York. If you chose not to get tested, you must quarantine for 14 days. This does not apply to travel to and from neighboring states. This was announced in a phone conference yesterday. Watch the State's website for the official release .

From my porch a half hour ago. This is what Singing Waters RV Park looks like this morning!
Snowfall came yesterday & has settled in for another day. Not an immense amount has accumulated, but as the hours tick away, levels increase. The extended forecast suggests more severe, winter weather is on its way. Time will tell! Grabbing my hat, coat & mittens to shovel pathways. Enjoy your blustery Tuesday and safe travels. Reminder to just snowmobile folks.....your season begins December 1st, not before then. Please respect that our business shuts down for the month of November, in hopes to have a brief reprieve prior to the start of another busy phase. Thank you.
Snow.......the only word in the Adirondacks today! Because of all the rain prior to switching over to flurries, coupled with high winds & low temperatures everywhere are covered with frozen crunch. Grap your car scrappers/brushes & shovels out of storage. It's accumulating! First snowfall of the season, be safe out there on the roadways, and enjoy the beauty Mother Nature has delivered us.
